工作職責：
1. Staff member of Manufacturing Platform. Report directly to BMG Director
2. Be responsible for supervising the activities of PC&MC team.
3. Manage team work plan and own the deliverables to achieve company goals within established cost and safety objectives.
4. Interface with customer on the right Production mix. Own production order creation / dispatch / wafer starts/logistics on time.
5. Inventory management to achieve optimized turn-over ratio. Drive on improvement if needed.
6.MFG & Supply Chain dashboard management and drive on improvement of CT/LY/DY/ship Outs/WS/OTDO and customer adherence
7. Strategy define and supervise on manufacturing Cost reduction per target cost. Drive on goal setup、project define and execution.
8. Build up Manufacturing budget execution system and cost model with goal setup for routine factory spending management. Rationalize BOM management and inventory built.
9. Direct sales & marketing on the right Production mix in fab per timeline to market. Own production order dispatch / wafer starts/logistics to meet customer adherence
任職要求：
半導體行業5年以上經驗，本科學歷及以上，有物料控制/生產成本控制經驗者優先。
